Structured Cabling Technician (In-Person)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation of cable infrastructure (CAT5/E and CAT6) | Dress and route cable into IT closets, modular furniture, and other work area outlets | Cable pathway installation (J-hooks, D-rings, cable trays, and ladder racks) | Cable management (dressing, labeling) | Cable termination (Jacks, Keystones, RJ-45/Modular Plug) | WAP installation (Wireless Access Point) | Read and follow blueprints set for installation | Follow written and oral communication displaying professionalism with colleagues and management | Follow safety guidelines and protocols (Proper PPE, clean up jobsite, OSHA) | Perform major and minor preventive maintenance and repairs by troubleshooting cabling system issues | Test every newly installed or relocated cable in accordance with established procedures | Be able to work in various environments including outdoors in varying degrees of weather working at heights, and in small, confined spaces | Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and test equipment
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent | 0-2 years of commercial structured cabling, low voltage, or data cable installation experience | Tools: Basic Hand Tools: screwdriver (multi-Bit), tape measure, snips, pliers (needle nose and channel locks), cable stripper, punch down tool, flashlight, work boots (steel toe or composite toe) gloves and tool pouch | Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation | Must be able to pass drug and background screen | BICIS preferred | Manufacturer training preferred | OSHA preferred
Physical Demands :
Physical Requirement: Must be able to work on a ladder and/or scissor lift. Work in confined spaces, can lift up to 50 pounds, and move up to 75 pounds. Ability to work on your feet for entire shift.
Network Installation Specialist (In-Person)
Position:
Program is designed for transitioning service members to gain hands-on experience in network installation and maintenance. Participants will work closely with industry professionals to develop skills in running Cat 6 Ethernet cables, installing network equipment such as switches, firewalls, gateways, and deploying Wi-Fi access points in various settings.
Skills required:
Basic Networking Knowledge | Ability to install and terminate copper cables | Basic knowledge of fiber optic cable handling and installation | Communicating effectively with clients or users to understand their needs and issues | Providing support and guidance for troubleshooting | Documentation of Network Installations and Modifications | Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and harnesses | Experience with installing basic networking hardware, including routers, switches, and modems, is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
Cable Installation: Run and terminate Cat 6 Ethernet cables in compliance with industry standards. Ensure proper routing and organization of cables to maintain a neat and efficient workflow | Fiber Switch Installation: Assist in the installation and configuration of fiber switches. Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of fiber networks | As-Built Documentation: Create and maintain As-Built documentation, including detailed drawing and schematics of network installations. Accurately record all changes and updates made during the installation process to ensure comprehensive project documentation | Data Cabinet Setup: Assist in the installation and organization of data cabinets, including rack mounting equipment and implementing effective cable management systems. Ensure proper labeling of all cables (Fiber and Ethernet), patch panels, switches, and other network related devices placed in a data cabinet | Wi-Fi Access Point Deployment: Install and configure various Wi-Fi access points, ensuring proper placement for maximum coverage. Perform signal testing and troubleshooting to optimize wireless networks | Collaboration: Work closely with team members and mentors to understand network design and implementation. Create and maintain As-Built documentation, including detailed drawings and schematics of comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
Transitioning service members with an interest in network technology and installation | Basic understanding of networking concepts and terminology (preferred but not required) | Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in cable installation (preferred) | Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail | Ability to work independently and as part of a team | Drive/fly to client locations – company/rental vehicle is provided to facilitate employee travel between job sites | Willing to stay in hotel/AirB&B and collaborate travel arrangements with team | Employees must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license

Wi-Fi Installation Technician (In-Person)
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install and set up telecommunications equipment and systems, including data communication lines, wiring, switching equipment, and associated hardware. Climb poles and ladders, operate truck-mounted booms, and access manholes and cable vaults to install, maintain, or inspect equipment | Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct tests on circuits and components to isolate sources of malfunctions using various tools and test equipment. Ensure newly installed or repaired equipment functions properly and conforms to specifications. Troubleshoot equipment or systems operation problems as needed | Wiring and Connections: Run wires between components and to external cable systems, ensuring connections to cable poles or underground cable accesses are secure and meet required standards. Test connections to verify that power supplies are adequate and communication links function as expected | Collaboration and Cleanup: Work collaboratively with other technicians to locate and correct malfunctions. Manage the cleanup of the work area after completion of the job, removing loose wires and debris. | Equipment Repair: Repair or replace faulty telecommunications equipment such as defective and damaged cables, wires, and switching system components.

Digital Marketing Specialist (remote)
Position:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all Social Media Management. The job focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
Key Responsibilities:

IT Project Coordinator (remote)
Position:
Seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to add to their nation wide team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with multiple projects that will be centered around communication system install/upgrades, wireless network role-outs, install/upgrades. The ability to handle multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, coordinate different teams/individuals, document, and be the face for the customer will be critical for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:
To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or workflows with moderate and complexity | Maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks, and all sites involved in the project | Participation in Team Meetings | Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements | Maintain Project Managers calendars | Ensure coordination of the interfaces with Operations | Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables | Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site-based schedule as agreed with project management | Compile summary documents, e.g. Product Development Plan, management Summary and Target Product Profile | Collect and include contributions of the Team | Responsible to take input from the project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule
